Concept of the format “Atelier COTY” for a training event designed to female sellers of perfumeries. Creation of the staging and communication materials, audio/video and lighting direction, optimization of the training materials and logistics on 11 stages throughout Italy on 22 calendar days. The format led to a 35% increase of the target participation in the event.
